Srushti deshmukh, in her third year of engineering she has begun preparation for UPSC. After her graduation, she questioned whether she was able to be satisfied in the engineering role. Her goal became apparent after she began focusing on the civil service. Her parents encouraged her to go into civil services and have an opportunity to work in public service. Her focus was on becoming an IAS officer. The work required to get UPSC. When she was preparing for her engineering classes, she used to also work on different subjects for UPSC. Everyday, she set aside some time to prepare for the exam. In just over a month and half it was time to prepare for her engineering exam and completely avoided all social media. She believes that being focused only on the work at hand is essential to pass this test. She set out to make it to the end of the process in one go, and she did a lot of hours. Her daily routine included reading newspapers in order to be informed of all the latest information. Rajya Sabha TV, online studies and resources proved to be a great help for her.
