Anna Silk

Anna Silk, born January 31st, 1974 in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada is an actress famous for her character Bo in the Showcase series Lost Girl. Silk is an actress from Canada who was born in Fredericton New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk were the grandparents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright as well as director, and she teaches drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories as being at play rehearsals together with her mother. Silk was featured in a variety of commercials as just a child. She was in 1997 when she received a bachelor's degree at St. Thomas University. Early theater work includes at least two productions with Theatre St. Thomas: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk moved to Toronto to pursue her acting career in November 1999. She then, over the next decade, she moved in the following decade to Los Angeles California. She met her future husband, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's workshop in Los Angeles in 2007. The couple got engaged the year 2009 and wed in a civil ceremony in the month of December in that same year. In Fredericton on April 10, 2011they renewed their vows after her decision to convert to Judaism. Silk Cooperman gave birth to her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Her second son Levi Aaron was born on May 13, 2016. Silk is a variety of television roles, including Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. The actress was nominated to win a Gemini Award in 2009 to play this character. In 2009, she was cast as the character Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk was expecting while filming the final episode of the third season. She announced the pregnancy to the fans in her Showcase Season Three pre-show special on January 6, 2013. Silk tweeted on June 20, 2013 that she is ready to resume her work. The 4th of June 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially declared the start of final season of production. CNN, Cable News Network and E! have both named Bo (played by Silk) along with Lauren (played by Zoie) and Lauren (Zoie) among their favorite television couples. Entertainment Television. Because of the show's popularity, Silk has garnered a prominent presence on social media.
